Ogba Zoo and Nature Park is Nigeria's leading wildlife conservation centre in Benin City, Edo State. It houses 750 Acres of Protected Urban Park with a biological garden, wildlife reserve, and irresistible elements for conservation, biological studies, and community relaxation.
Our wildlife residents exhibit captivating behaviors that enthrall both young and old — majestic lions, baboons, crocodiles, monkeys, ostriches, pythons, spotted hyena, peacocks, and more.
Established in 1971 from the ancient Ogba Forest Reserve under the visionary administration of Brigadier General Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia, the zoo represents a proud conservation legacy.
